There is a beginning WCS lesson from 7pm -8pm in the back room with Glen and Sue Cravalho.   DJ’s this month are Randy Krul and Glen Cravalho.  Please note that Next Generation gets to stay in the main ballroom for the entire evening from 6pm until late!

Monday, July 5 seems to be the fun night at the Marin County Fair.  The Four Tops play at 6:00pm. The Temptations play at 8pm.  Fireworks every night at the fair.  By the Marin Civic Center Auditorium.

Monday July 12, National Champion, Melissa Rutz introduces a new West Coast Swing Lesson and Dance Party every other week at The Dance Loft, 2475 3rd Street near 22nd Street, Suite #311, San Francisco, CA  94107, 415-846-3154.  Event is every 2nd and 4th Monday.  Beginning WCS Lesson  7-8pm.   Dance Party 8-11pm.  Cost (cash only) $15 Lesson & Dance, $10 Dance Only.  Please be aware that since the dance is at a city loft, the front door of the building will be locked.  So you’ll have to knock at the door and someone will let you in and guide you upstairs to the loft. There will be someone available at the door around 6:45pm to start letting people in for the lesson.  Plenty of street parking. Light Snacks Provided.  Want a free pass? Saturday, July 17, Bay West Ballroom in San Rafael presents an evening with a live band, Jeb Brady Band .  Owners Mark and Andrea Novak teach an east coast swing lesson for all levels from 8-9 p.m.   The band plays from 9pm – 11:30 pm  playing favorite cuts of swing, blues, R & B, and Motown.  Cost 20.
